Yavapai Ranch

GBE is providing professional consulting services for this 51,000 acre ranch approximately 15 miles south of Seligman, Arizona. The Ranch lies almost entirely within the boundaries of the Prescott National Forest. It is the last large parcel of checkerboard holdings in the National Forests in the Southwest, and the Forest Service may do a land exchange to obtain many of these in-holdings.

Bradshaw Crossing Apartments

GBE assisted with the successful rezone of this multi-family project in Prescott, Arizona.  GBE attended the Pre-Application Conference and made presentations at Planning and Zoning meetings and City Council meetings.

RESM for MCAS Yuma

GBE is developing a Real Estate Summary Map (RESM) for Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS)Yuma. GBE is developing a property inventory for the air base and all outlying properties managed by MCAS Yuma for planning purposes.  It includes research of all Muniments and Public Records, tabulation of in-grant and out-grants and all graphic representation.

  Sungate Villa II Senior Community

GBE assisted with the successful rezone of this 54-unit affordable housing apartment complex in Prescott Valley, Arizona.  GBE attended the Design Review Board meeting and made presentations at Planning and Zoning meetings and Town Council meetings.

Dos Rios Subdivision

GBE provided professional services for this 58-lot subdivision in Paulden, Arizona. Responsibilities included a successful rezone application, land planning, grading and drainage design, roadway design, over 6,500-ft of water main extensions, and overall project coordination with the client and YavapaiCounty.
