City of Prescott

Penn Avenue/Eastwood Drive Improvements Project.

Granite Basin Engineering was selected by the City of Prescott in the fall of 2014 to being the design process for this 1 mile corridor that extends south from Gurley Street to Devereaux Drive.

Our services for this project include the concept planning, design, and construction administration. New right of way and temporary construction easement are being secured for this project. The roadway corridor will be improved to enhance driver and pedestrian safety.

All utilities will be upgraded and a new storm drain will be installed and conveyed to a regional detention basin, the first of its kind within the city limits. This detention basin will also be developed into a regional parcel and a trail head is being developed for the current city trail system.
