Davin is the President and founding partner of Granite Basin Engineering, Inc. He served in the United States Army, Berlin Brigade, E320th Field Artillery from 1991-1994 before graduating from Northern Arizona University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He has worked as a surveyor and consulting civil engineer since 1998.
